Please Note: The time/hrs stated on these Blogs doesn't include the amount of time taken when dealing with the Client from the first initial enquiry - this can be a lengthy process with lots of questions and requirements before the booking is confirmed. Once a Booking is confirmed, if through an agent, we await contract - if direct with us, I send them a booking form. The hours stated in each Blog are the hours undertaken the week of the actual booking only and don't include the hours of emails and phone calls negotiating the booking prior to the booking being confirmed.
Example: The Rock Legends Weekend; I have been in talks with the client for 3 years - as they have a big committee etc and vow they only book the very best acts. They would also only book us after physically seeing our show in person, so this booking took a long time to negotiate (longer than the norm!). Another of our weddings took 2 months of talking with the Bride & Groom as they couldn't make up their mind, plus as they had never booked a band before had 'a lot' of questions prior to booking.
I always get in touch with our Bride & Grooms after our performance as a courtesy email (the time of which I haven't included in my Blogs). Here are a few of our quotes we've received.
